He's 8 days older than me and the sweetest guy in the world!!!!!
The problem(jeez, There's always a problem for me...) : He has a girlfriend, and she knows he likes me and I like him. If she sees me within 10 ft. of him she said she'll beat the crap out of me. But he said that he'd never let her touch me. But how do I tell him that after two weeks of knowing eachother that I've actuallly fallen IN LOVE (for real this time!!!!)with him?!?!?

Dude, I just found this anime that I now LOVE. I was just searching around on youtube today and I found this dance called "Hare Hare Yukai"...or maybe that's the name of the song...ANYWAYS, the dance was from the show "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya", which I found to be a pretty cool show, and the dance totaly rocked (I can almost do it at half-speed now ^^). But, yeah...then I was looking through the related videos thingy and I found this fan-created amv about the show and it was the best one I've ever seen. Apparently, it was featured at the AX '07 convention, I hope it one a prize, it fricken ROCKED!!! Er.... gomenasai,  this has sorta' turned into a random kitty-patented rambling... but seriously, you should check out the "Hare Hare Yukai" dance and the amv. Here's the links:
